Case studies are powerful
Case studies are one of the best ways to illustrate your capability. They give you the opportunity to:
- Introduce your reader to your client (conveying credibility).
- Step your reader through the challenges you overcame and the solution you implemented (conveying capability).
- Discuss the outcomes delivered by your solution (conveying the benefits of engaging you).
But only if they’re well written
No matter how good the example itself, you still have to capture it properly.
A good case study copywriter can effectively explain the customer’s problem, without diminishing them. Can credibly explain your approach and solution, without getting too technical. Can describe the outcome, without sounding boastful. And – most importantly – can do it all in a way that people WANT to read.
